With more than 20 years of senior hotel management experience, Mr. Zhang has worked with Hyatt, Marriott and InterContinental Groups, and served in key general management positions for years. He spent over 17 years at Marriott, gaining solid expertise in housekeeping as well as comprehensive capabilities in hotel daily operation, quality control, F&B management and market development.

Well-versed in the high-end business and catering market across Beijing and northern China, Mr. Zhang combines all-round operational expertise with profound local market experience. He accurately grasps market demands and industry trends, and excels at formulating practical business strategies with outstanding achievements in catering management and market expansion.

He has rich practical experience in hotel opening and full-cycle operation in Beijing. As a core team member, he took part in the pre-opening work of The Westin Beijing Financial Street, Four Points by Sheraton Beijing Haidian and Aloft Beijing Haidian, mastering complete experience in hotel construction, system establishment, opening launch and local market promotion.

A pragmatic and dedicated senior hotel executive, Mr. Zhang focuses on operational innovation and team building. He prioritizes staff care and talent cultivation to build an efficient and united team. In his leisure time, he enjoys travelling and music.

In his new position, Mr. Zhang will apply his in-depth local market insight, mature international hotel general management experience and professional market analysis to boost hotel development.
