吴杰先生拥有近 17 年国际高端酒店管理经验，是资深国际品牌酒店总经理，深耕酒店筹开与全周期运营管理领域，实战履历覆盖喜来登、皇冠假日、VOCO、豪生等多个国际知名品牌，长期担任总经理核心管理岗位，经营管理经验扎实稳健。他多次顺利通过万豪、洲际集团食品安全、品牌标准及安全审计，精通收益管理、经营业绩提升、团队建设与业主关系维护，综合管理能力全面突出。
凭借深厚行业积淀与丰富实战经验，吴杰先生擅长酒店全盘运营统筹、经营毛利提升与预算目标达成，善于以国际标准落地运营管理，成功推动多家酒店实现扭亏为盈与业绩稳步增长。他曾主导西安浐灞喜来登及万枫酒店复合体、长沙世景广场皇冠假日酒店等多家国际品牌酒店的筹开落地与高效运营，圆满完成中亚峰会等高规格国宾接待任务，带领团队荣获美团、大众点评、携程、万豪集团等多项行业权威认可与荣誉，市场口碑与经营业绩双优。

HowEasy(Guangzhou) Hotel Management Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Frank Wu as General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Tangshan. He will oversee hotel pre-opening, overall operations and business development.
With nearly 17 years of senior international hotel management experience, Mr. Wu is a seasoned GM with proven expertise in pre-opening and full-cycle hotel operations. He has held General Manager roles across renowned brands including Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, VOCO and Howard Johnson, and has successfully passed multiple food safety, brand standard and security audits by Marriott and IHG. He excels in revenue management, profit improvement, team leadership and owner relationship management.
Mr. Wu has a strong track record in turning around hotel profitability, delivering budget targets and implementing international operational standards. He led pre-opening and successful operations of several high-profile hotels such as Sheraton Xi’an Chanba & Fairfield Complex and Crowne Plaza Changsha Shijing Square, and successfully received state-level guests during major events. Under his leadership, hotels earned wide industry recognition and numerous awards from Meituan, Dianping, Ctrip and Marriott International.
A pragmatic and results-driven leader, Mr. Wu focuses on operational excellence and team development. In his new role, he will bring extensive GM experience, professional pre-opening capabilities and solid business acumen to Four Points by Sheraton Tangshan.
